Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 256bd website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at https://256bd.io and any subdomains thereof.
• "Account" means the registered player account created upon successful completion of the 256bd registration process.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers with or uses the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any funds placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, bingo room or other activity offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, reload bonus amounts or other promotional value added to an Account by 256bd.
• "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or any other approved payment method, net of any applicable charges.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 256bd before processing withdrawals or investigating account disputes.
• "BDT" or "Taka" means the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all transactions on the Platform are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the operating time zone of the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 256bd registration process, logging into an existing Account, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, including any documents referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and specific game or promotion rules.

Acceptance is a continuing obligation. Each time you access the Platform or place a Wager, you reaffirm your acceptance of the then-current version of these Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for updates. 256bd will post the effective date of any revised Terms at the top of this page.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 256bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The Platform is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of 21.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not on behalf of a commercial entity or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling activities are explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent or contractor of 256bd, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or problem gambling disorder that renders participation in gambling activities harmful to your welfare.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 256bd or any affiliated platform, unless that self-exclusion period has formally concluded.

256bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address and evidence of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified in our request will result in Account suspension.

Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account on 256bd. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and at all times thereafter. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. You must notify 256bd promptly if any of this information changes.

4.2 Username and Password

You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. 256bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any communication channel. If you believe your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify 256bd support.

4.3 Account Approval

256bd reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where eligibility criteria are not met or where 256bd suspects the application to be fraudulent, duplicative or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your Account, whether or not you authorised that activity. 256bd is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. Sharing your Account credentials with another individual, or using another individual's Account, is strictly prohibited and will result in Account closure.

256bd employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data in transit between your device and our servers. Two-factor authentication is available to all Account holders and is strongly recommended. Despite these measures, 256bd cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet and you use the Platform at your own risk.

Deposits

256bd accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. The maximum single deposit is subject to the limits set by your chosen payment provider and any additional limits imposed by 256bd at its discretion.

6.1 Deposit Processing Times

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your Account within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Processing times may be extended during periods of high network load or scheduled payment provider maintenance windows.

6.2 Deposit Source

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. 256bd reserves the right to return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source and to suspend the associated Account.

6.3 Failed Deposits

If a deposit does not appear in your Account balance within 30 minutes of a successful payment confirmation on your end, contact 256bd support at [email protected] and provide your transaction reference number. 256bd will investigate and resolve genuine failed deposits within 24 hours of receiving the necessary information.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be requested once your Account has been verified through the KYC process (see Section 3). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability and verification.

7.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours (BST). In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or during compliance reviews, processing may take up to 24 hours. 256bd will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to an extended review period.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Only Real-Money Funds may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real-Money Balance at the time of request.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts in the same name as your 256bd Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly and unconditionally prohibited.
• 256bd reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of previous verification status.

7.3 Withdrawal Limits

Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily/weekly withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated within your Account settings. Players in the 256bd VIP Club may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as detailed in the VIP Club terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

256bd offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general rules set out in this section.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total value of wagers that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements for each bonus are stated explicitly in the promotional terms. Where not stated, a default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.

8.2 Game Contributions

Different game types may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement completion. Sports betting typically contributes 100% of each qualifying stake. Casino slots may contribute 100%. Live casino table games may contribute a reduced percentage, typically between 10% and 20%. The exact contribution rates for each game category are detailed in the specific promotion terms.

8.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that have not been used within the expiry period stated in the promotion terms will be automatically removed from your Account Balance. The default expiry period, where not otherwise stated, is 30 calendar days from the date the Bonus Funds were credited.

8.4 Abuse Prevention

256bd reserves the right to withdraw, void or reclaim any Bonus Funds — and any winnings derived from them — if 256bd determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a Player is abusing the bonus system. This includes but is not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, the creation of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses, or coordinated bonus abuse across a group of accounts.

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 256bd are subject to the following general betting rules, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the Platform's help section.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number. 256bd reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its sole discretion without prior notice, including bets placed after the official start time of an event.

9.2 Void Bets

Bets may be declared void and the stake returned to your Account Balance in circumstances including: the event being postponed or cancelled without being rescheduled within 72 hours; a clear and manifest error in the published odds; the outcome of the event being influenced by corrupt or fraudulent conduct; or market closure prior to settlement due to a data feed failure.

9.3 In-Play Betting

In-play or live betting is offered on selected events, including BPL and T20 World Cup cricket. In-play markets are suspended periodically during key event moments (wickets, overs, half-time). It is the Player's responsibility to ensure their bet has been accepted before the relevant suspension window. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.

9.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and vary by sport and market. The applicable maximum payout for any market is displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum for any single bet will be capped at that maximum, regardless of the calculated return.

Casino & Games

256bd's casino offering includes live casino tables, video slots, bingo rooms and other game types powered by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Microgaming. All games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live tables, are conducted by real dealers in real time.

10.1 Return to Player (RTP)

The theoretical Return to Player percentage for each slot title is available in the game information panel within the Platform. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and are not a guarantee of any individual player's results over any session.

10.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, server error or software fault that affects the outcome of a round or session, 256bd reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Any winnings generated during a malfunction are void and will not be paid out.

10.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games supplied by third-party providers are governed by the rules published by those providers in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between third-party game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the relevant game rule specifically limits or defines a payout or outcome.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 256bd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to appropriate legal authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account, whether using your own identity or a fictitious identity.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 256bd.
• Using the Account of another person or allowing another person to use your Account.
• Employing automated betting tools, bots, scripts, macros or artificial intelligence systems to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, matched betting or any strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms at a negative expected value to 256bd.
• Colluding with other Players in casino games, poker rooms or any other game where collusion is possible and would confer an unfair advantage.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing or any corrupt influence over a sporting event on which Wagers are offered.
• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's software, servers, security systems or data infrastructure.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward 256bd staff or other Players.

Responsible Gaming

256bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all Account holders, accessible via the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for any single gambling session.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you may lose.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and request exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of 12 months.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 256bd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, page layouts and code, is the property of 256bd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from 256bd.

The 256bd brand name, logo and associated marks are the exclusive property of 256bd. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data

The collection, storage and use of your personal data by 256bd is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, 256bd collects personal data that is necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 256bd, its directors, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

256bd's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

256bd does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any content thereon.

Termination

256bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age and identity verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion or other prohibited conduct.
• A Player's own request for self-exclusion or Account closure.
• Inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A legal requirement or regulatory direction to do so.

Upon Account closure, 256bd will return any Real-Money Balance remaining in the Account to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no grounds exist for the withholding of funds under these Terms. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

16.1 Inactive Account Policy

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 256bd will notify you by email prior to applying any inactivity policy. Any Real-Money Balance in an inactive Account will be held securely and returned to you upon request subject to satisfactory re-verification of your identity.

Amendments

256bd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective upon publication on this page. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a Player, 256bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via email or an in-Platform notification. However, it is your ongoing responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure as described in Section 16.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, breach or termination, shall first be referred to 256bd's customer support team for good-faith resolution.

256bd operates as a safe and reliable platform with SSL encryption and fair-play standards applied consistently across all products. We do not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction and it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
